As long as the item is in its original, unused condition, with no missing, broken, or exchanged stones and the finish of both metal and stone(s) is unscratched and unmarred. Gem-n-i & Co. Designs is not responsible for item(s) lost or damaged in transit.

You are required to call us before returning the item to obtain a return authorization number, otherwise the package will not be accepted. Any scratched, altered, blemished, used/worn or broken items are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless the damage occurred during the original shipment, or unless the item(s) were flawed due to fabrication error. Original shipping charges and credit card fees (if any) are not refundable.

Tell us the inventory number and description of the piece and be sure to include your address and phone number so we can call if there are any questions concerning your order. Delivery & Shipping:

*All items that are in stock will be shipped within five (5) days of payment confirmation.

*If an item is no longer in stock due to a previous sale, you will be notified within three (3) business days by email. Suggestions of similar items will be
included in the email notice.

*Commission or custom orders are usually delivered between three to six weeks of the order, depending on material availability and design considerations. A firm estimate of delivery will be discussed at time of order.

*All jewelry is shipped USPS Express Mail, insured, which requires customer signature on delivery. USPS Express Mail is normally received next day with guaranteed delivery within two business days. (We have found this to be the safest and most secure form of transit for jewelry and gemstones.)

*If you are not available to accept delivery, the USPS will leave a notice that you may have the package redelivered or you can pick it up at the post office.

*When purchase is paid for by a credit card, product(s) will be shipped to the billing address on the card. Should you require shipment to an alternative address for a gift or other reason you will need to contact us directly to make special shipment arrangements.

*We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APOs or FPOs.

* In the course of shipping your order, Gem-n-i & Co. Designs is required to share your name and shipping address with an intermediary such as U.S. Postal Service, Federal Express or UPS.
