In cases where Gem-n-i & Co. Designs has been the victim of credit card fraud, personal information will be shared with the appropriate law enforcement authorities and legal action will be taken.

When paying by cash, no personal information is required except a name and shipping address and that information is only retained for shipping and accounting purposes and is not shared with any third party.
